What I see is she was fighting Valtiel but he knocked her weapon away so she went for a punch and got in, but backed off when he tore her buttons and under shirt off and she rubbed the hand that was in him on the wall until she had to rest against it and is now holding him off with the other. He's probably trying to impregnate her with God considering tear off her clothes.
Even if that isn't close to the original idea it's how I like to look at this :3
